How do teams work at USA SCOUT?

USA SCOUT focuses on 2 major components when constructing teams and provides a wide geographic area of practice locations, ensuring players every logistical opportunity to be part of the USA Scout program.

First, we develop players to their full potential. Players arrive into our program with completely varied skill sets and levels of potential. Our focus is to place players on teams that will further develop their potential through reps, instruction, and quality tournaments, while providing a challenging environment in which to do so.  It is our goal to ensure that players are playing the right level of competition to constantly improve their game and develop their all-around, baseball skill set. We develop players into athletes.

Second, we provide the most exposure possible for our players to play at the next level, whether that be making their high school team, earning an opportunity to play at the college level, or playing at a pro level. 

USA SCOUT’s program is broken into several segments:

10u-18u National Teams:

National Teams: These teams are composed of high-level talent and will compete amongst the top ranked teams in their age group. 

• USA Scout will have National teams at each age group 10u-18u. Players will be able to practice at any of our practice locations!
• We will also consider nationwide players, interested in traveling, to play for these teams.
• National team's primary focus is on player development for the next level, exposure, and college recruiting assistance.

15u-17u Teams:

Elite/Prospects/Futures Teams: These teams will compete between the Major and/or AAA Level, depending on the talent level of the team. 

• These teams will be composed of players from the same geographic area, but will have the ability to practice at the location closest to their home.
• These teams will focus on development for the next level, exposure, and college recruiting assistance.

8u-14u:

Elite/Prospects/Futures Teams: These teams will compete between the AA, AAA, or Major Level, depending on the makeup of the team. 

• These teams will be composed of players from the same geographic area who can regularly attend practices at the same location.
• These teams will focus on skill development, high school baseball preparation, and provide quality reps/instruction.
